2. Apple Weather (90% accuracy) — Acquired Dark Sky and integrated its hyper-local precipitation data. Excellent rain predictions. iOS only.

3. AccuWeather (88% accuracy) — MinuteCast precipitation forecasting is genuinely useful. 15-day forecasts are decent. Free tier is ad-heavy.

4. The Weather Channel (87% accuracy) — Solid all-around app with good radar. Tends toward dramatic headlines and excessive notifications.
